FAQs

  • We are fully insured and work to recognised UK standards. We’re happy to share our insurance certificates and details of our industry accreditations on request. Our workmanship is usually guaranteed for 12-14 months depending on prior agreements, and product warranties are passed on in full.

  • We will supply everything, you can select finishes while we provide the core materials. We’re happy to recommend reliable brands and. All chosen items are confirmed in a spec sheet before ordering to make sure that it the finish you are happy with.

  • We will manage planning applications (where required), building control approvals, and coordinate structural engineers, architects, and all trades. You’ll have a single project lead to keep everything on time and compliant.

  • We can carry out urgent make-safe measures to prevent further damage. For reinstatement works, we’ll usually wait for written insurer approval.
